I’m so happy you’re here!

I’m Ali, a therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) designation. I work with adults and couples moving through the emotional weight of life transitions…those seasons of change that bring uncertainty, stress, or a quiet sense that something isn’t quite working anymore.

I work with adults and couples navigating the stress, uncertainty, and disconnection that often come with life transitions. Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, chronic pain, career struggles, or shifts in identity or direction, I offer a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the working world and shifted career paths more than once, so I deeply understand how disorienting (and powerful) it can be to question what’s next and choose something new.

My style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s showing up, clarify what matters most to you, and take meaningful steps forward—at a pace that feels right. Our work isn’t just about reflection; it’s about creating real movement in your life, grounded in your values and what you care about.

a little extra

Outside of therapy, I’m all about movement, sunshine, and quality time. As a former volleyball athlete, I’ve always loved staying active, whether that’s a good workout, a yoga flow, or a long walk on a sunny day.

At home, I’m usually hanging out with my husband and our two fur babies, cooking or trying out new foods, and spending time with friends. These simple joys help me feel grounded, and that’s something I value deeply, both in and out of the therapy room.

“Healing isn’t a straight line—it’s a series of choices to return to what matters, again and again.”
