I’m so happy you’re here…
Hi, I’m Ali!
I am an Associate Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe therapy should feel human, intentional, and honest. My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself while also feeling supported and gently challenged to grow.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, self worth, and seasons of change. Many of my clients appear steady on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain internally. They are thoughtful and capable, yet something no longer feels aligned.
My style is grounded, relational, and direct. I am not a blank slate therapist. I am engaged and collaborative, helping you understand patterns that may no longer be serving you while also focusing on meaningful change. Insight matters, but forward movement does too.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relational work, and somatic awareness. I tailor therapy to the individual rather than forcing a rigid framework. You are the expert on your life. My role is to help you clarify what matters most and move toward it with intention.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working in corporate leadership and recruiting. That experience allows me to understand high pressure environments and performance expectations, while also appreciating how identity, purpose, and fulfillment evolve over time.
I work with adults across different stages of life, including those navigating aging, shifting roles, long term relationships, and redefining meaning in new chapters.
I am LGBTQIA affirming and committed to providing inclusive, respectful care. All parts of you are welcome here.
If you are looking for a therapist who is warm, steady, and willing to both support and challenge you, I would be honored to connect and see if we are a good fit.

Outside of therapy, I’m all about movement, sunshine, and quality time. As a former volleyball athlete, I’ve always loved staying active, whether that’s a good workout, a yoga flow, or a long walk on a sunny day.
At home, I’m usually hanging out with my husband and our two fur babies, cooking or trying out new foods, and spending time with friends. These simple joys help me feel grounded, and that’s something I value deeply, both in and out of the therapy room.
“Healing isn’t a straight line—it’s a series of choices to return to what matters, again and again.”
