Your Body Is A Temple

Our bodies are a temple. How we feel on a daily basis directly influences our state of mental health and well-being. When our bodies feel out of alignment with what we have considered being a healthy state within ourselves, nervous energy can flow through, contributing to feelings of anxiety and worry.

Since Covid has been present in all our lives, health anxiety has dramatically increased. I have even found myself to be more concerned with strange ailments I feel in my body, or any feeling that might be considered abnormal. The mind can take a dark path down “what’s wrong with me lane”, ultimately leading the story we tell ourselves, to a morbid outcome. 

When these moments arise, we can offer ourselves direct and immediate support by grounding our bodies and stating positive affirmations with love and trust. 

Use this beautiful affirmation to allow your body to hear the positive vibrations of healing and wellness. When you are nervous or scared, offer yourself the words of:

“I trust my body to heal itself fully.”
